Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Platform Terms

Applicable Services:Wrap, Check & Submit | Live App Manager | Full-Service Launch & Handover

1. Code Ownership, Privacy & Autonomy

  • 100% Client Ownership: You retain full, unencumbered intellectual property ownership of all source code, assets, web URLs, metadata, and app concepts submitted to AppLauncher.
  • No Code Alteration: AppLauncher provides automated containerization pipelines, scanning engines, and submission tooling. We do not write, modify, or rewrite your underlying codebase. App functionality, bug fixes, and feature compliance remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
  • No Permanent Code Storage or Copying: Your code or web assets are processed transiently for container wrapping, preflight auditing, and store build creation. AppLauncher does not copy, sell, or permanently store your source files.

2. Classification of Services & SLA Boundaries

• Continuous Post-Launch Monitoring & Operational Tracking

3. Full-Service Launch ($3,850 One-Time)

• White-Glove Done-For-You Launch

• INCLUDES 100% APPROVAL GUARANTEE

Service 1: Wrap, Check & Submit ($300 One-Time): Native container generation (.ipa for iOS, .aab for Android), preflight compliance auditing (Guideline 4.2 risks, OAuth requirements, privacy manifests), and 1-click build file exports for self-submission into your developer accounts. Includes 10 compliance scans (additional scans at $20/10-scans). This tier is a self-service utility and does not carry an approval guarantee.

Service 2: Live App Manager ($120/Month): Continuous telemetry monitoring (iOS/Android crash signature tracking with fingerprint deduplication), endpoint backend health checks, and dual-store status visibility across one central workspace. Includes proactive automated compliance rescans with AI remediation blueprints. Operational monitoring only; does not cover approval guarantees.

Service 3: Full-Service Launch & Handover ($3,850 One-Time): Complete end-to-end launch including preflight compliance audits, white-glove setup in App Store Connect & Google Play Console (metadata, assets, screenshots), post-approval live QA testing, and clean account handover. Carries the 100% Approval Guarantee.

3. The 100% Approval Guarantee (Exclusive to Full-Service Tier)

Performance Commitment:For Full-Service clients, AppLauncher manages active review communication with Apple and Google review boards, handling feedback and running the app through the Engine Room pipeline until the app achieves an official “Approved” or “Ready for Sale” status on both stores.

Client Remediation Obligation: Because code ownership remains entirely yours, if Apple or Google requires functional code changes (e.g., adding real backend authentication, removing placeholder elements, or adding required in-app actions), the Client agrees to apply the suggested AI code-fix prompts/code changes to their application. AppLauncher will then re-package, rescan, and resubmit the application.

4. SLA Exclusions & Termination Rules

The Approval Guarantee on the Full-Service tier is voided or terminated under the following conditions:

  • App Pivots & Scope Creep: Applies strictly to the initial app concept submitted. Replacing core web functionality or changing the business model mid-launch invalidates the pass.
  • Client Inactivity: Projects awaiting client-side code updates or responses following a reviewer rejection that remain inactive for 60 consecutive calendar days will be marked closed.
  • Developer Account Disqualifications:Rejections resulting from suspended, unpaid, or flagged client-owned Apple or Google developer accounts are outside AppLauncher's control and not covered.

5. Liability & Operational Disclaimer

AppLauncher serves as an execution and deployment harness bridging web/AI applications with mobile distribution channels. All software applications are published under the Client's legal developer identity. AppLauncher accepts no liability for third-party platform API changes, end-user data liabilities, or post-handover application updates executed independently by the Client.
